Next week it’s all about bling bling bling in London town. To celebrate London Jewellery Week there will be loads of stalls and sales across the city. From Clerkenwell to Hatton Garden to Covent Garden, in each place there will be stalls galore with  a whole host of jewellers taking part so you can find that special something for your next big occasion.

I have picked out my favourite places to find unusual accessories from the high street and online. This Casio watch from Urban Outfitters is a guaranteed hit with any girl who has slight wrists and doesn’t want to wear something which is too chunky. Priced at £36 this may not be pure gold but you’ll never be late again and therefore; it’s definitely worth spending your pocket money on.

Tatty Devine are a real treasure trove of fun jewellery, based right at the end of Brick Lane, it’s worth popping in to their shop to check out some of their latest designs yourself. Take this Gilbert & George glasses necklace for example. A bit quirky, a real talking point for when you meet your friends and would look great over a white rock and roll t-shirt with a skinny black jacket with three quarter length sleeves  if you’re going for a bit of a an artsy look. For something this unique it’s worth spending a bit more and so £27 is still not too far out of my league. Visit the Tatty Devine website to browse through all the  amazing accessories they have to offer, all of which are available to purchase online.

Another one of my favourite shops for jewellery from my little black book is Beyond the Valley which is based near Carnaby Street. You can also buy a lot of their range online which are made by various hand picked  young designers, each one is chosen because their creations are a little bit different to what you would usually find on the high street. I love this walnut bird necklace £40 which is designed by a brand called ‘Lost at Sea‘. From fancy goods to simple little pleasures, this shop has something for everyone.

Why not celebrate London Jewellery Week in your own way by discovering the true gems which lie in the shops near you.
