I’ll admit it; I’ve never bought a piece of clothing from a supermarket. I’m not shallow, I know it’s just a piece of clothing, and it’s brand name doesn’t matter; but I’ve never felt the need to pick up a new pair of shoes with my eggs and milk.
I think that’s about to change. Perusing through the latest offerings from the supermarkets online has piqued my interest. Everything is bargainous, and there are actually some cool styles floating around amongst the cans of chopped tomatoes.
Asda caught my attention with this Feather Print Tulip Dress, just £18. The cut is kinda cool, with hip-accentuating fabric folds, and it’s just the kind of dress you’d wear layered up in winter, and on it’s own come next spring.
For something a bit more suitable for the season, the
Lightweight Mac in pink is now just £10. Steal!
Tesco is also offering up some interesting finds – especially the suprise appearance of the Mischa Barton range of handbags at great prices. I really like the online exclusive patent work bag, now with £5 off, just £64.
The London College of Fashion F&F drape jersey dress is another online exclusive, and it’s just £22. That’s amazing for such a flattering, stylish piece. It’s a must have, and it’s available in black and rosy pink.
The F&F Leather Gloves are a winter can’t-do-without-it item, and at just £10 for 100% soft leather is out of this world.
P.S I have a sneaky little code for Tesco, while we’re at it! Get 10% off when you spend over £40 – just use the code N43X6DHRT at the checkout. It’s valid until November 12th, so use it while it lasts!
So, there are bargains to be had at your local supermarket, but the best stuff is online – and yes; I believe I’m about to buy clothes from the same place I get my toilet paper.
How glam can you get?
