Lipsy is upping their game big time to compete with other women’s fashion retailers; and this past few weeks has seen the addition of a shoe collection and today, they’ve launched their own lingerie range, by Soleil Sucre.
If you can get past the very pornographic poses from the models, the range echoes the Lipsy look, with a lot of pink, frills and leopard print. The bras are priced at £22.00, while the knickers are available from £9.00.
In terms of wearability, my pick would be the Spot Mesh Padded Bra as it looks super supportive and not quite as frilly as the others. The Leopard Print Bra would be great for those days when you just feel like wandering around in your lingerie (?) but if you’d like to put some clothes on over top; think again. That lace trim isn’t going to make things easy.
The Lipsy range would definitely be worth a try on; it’s a new range, and they’ll be hoping to do it right; so you should expect a good fit, especially at that price point. If you’re looking for something a little saucy, try out their lingerie and you’ll have the Lipsy look all over!
